THE 7th INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON EMERGING CHALLENGES: MANAGEMENT IN THE DIGITAL EVOLUTION
December 5th - 6th, 2019
Hanoi University of Science and Technology, The University of Danang – University of Economics, VNU University of Economics and Business, National Economics University and AVSE Global (France) will organize the 7th International Conference on Emerging Challenges: Management in The Digital Evolution (ICECH2019) in Hanoi, Vietnam, on December 5-6th, 2019. We would like to invite you to be a part of the ICECH2019 and submit your research papers for presentation consideration.
The aim of ICECH2019 is to provide a forum for academics and professionals to share research findings, experiences and knowledge for growth and sustainability in Asia-Pacific. We welcome the submissions in Economics, Business, Management, and Business Law.
Authors of accepted papers will be invited to present their work at the Conference. In addition, authors of best papers will also be invited to submit their papers for publication consideration in selected journals. These papers will also be under an official double-blind peer-reviewed process by the journal.

Keynote Speakers:
Professor Rezaul KABIR
Rezaul Kabir holds the Chair Professorship in Corporate Finance and Risk Management at the University of Twente (the Netherlands). Prior to joining Twente, he was the Chair of Finance at the Management School, University of Stirling (the United Kingdom). He has also taught at universities across the world (including Antwerp, Beijing, Curaçao, Liege, Maastricht, New York and Tilburg). His research is primarily multi-disciplinary, empirical and policy-oriented. He has examined a large variety of issues related to corporate finance, corporate governance, business groups, small business, law & finance, and corporate social responsibility. He is also interested in research and policy on the influence of new technology. Articles (co)authored by him have appeared in national and international books, reports and numerous peer-reviewed academic journals in finance, economics and management. He has been a mentor of young academics from many different countries: Bangladesh, Czech Republic, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Pakistan, and Vietnam. Rez Kabir has a Ph.D. degree in Finance, and Master degrees in Economics and Business Administration.

Professor Hisham FARAG
Hisham Farag is a Professor of Finance at the Birmingham Business School at the University of Birmingham- UK, where he chairs the Department of Finance. His current research areas are Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, Board Diversity, Sustainable Finance and FinTech in which he published widely. He holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Birmingham, UK. Hisham is a qualified Non-Executive Director and a member of the Investments sub-committee at the University of Birmingham. He has extensive industry experience as a financial consultant and a successful track record in attracting research funding from reputable institutions e.g. the Bank of England. Hisham is an Associate Editor of the European Journal of Finance.

Associate Professor Huynh Trung LUONG
Huynh Trung Luong holds the position of Associate Professor and Head of OR Research Group, Industrial Systems Engineering Program, School of Engineering and Technology, Asian Institute of Technology. His research includes the development of analytical models which aim at deriving exact/optimal or near-optimal solutions for various operational problems in industries; the establishment of emergency inventory policies and inventory policies for perishable products; supply chain design and measures of bullwhip effect in supply chains, availability-based and reliability-based maintenance; fuzzy quality control charts and statistical design of experiments; and network flows related problems. He has received several awards including The James A. Linen III Memorial Prize for the most outstanding academic performance (AIT, 1995) and Gold medal for the best academic performance (Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, 1992). He has supervised 12 doctoral candidates. He also serves as Member of Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS), Advisory Committee for CGC Journal of Exploration in Science & Technology, Area Editor for the Journal of Industrial Engineering and Management Systems and Member of Editorial Board – Industrial Engineering Journal.
