REGISTRATION FEE

The registration fee for the authors will include a welcome reception gathering, attending keynote speeches and all sessions, conference proceedings, certificates of presentation for authors, tea breaks and lunch. At least one author of each paper submitted must pay the registration fee before 30th June 2026 in order to be included in the Conference Program and Proceedings.

Registration fee:

US$200 (equivalent 5.200.000 VND)

If there are more than one co-authors of one paper would like to participate in the conference, the fee for the 2nd co-author is US$50 (equivalent 1.300.000 VND).

The fee for the 2nd student co-author is US$30 (equivalent 780.000 VND).

The additional fee for submitting the papers in the other journals (domestic and international, including Atlantis proceedings) will be separated from the submission fee. In other words, selected accepted papers may also be recommended for submission to partner journals after the conference; therefore, publication fees – if applicable, will depend on the journal’s policy.

Submission fee for Atlantis proceedings (Springer Nature) will be US$150 (equivalent 3.900.000 VND).

Registration Confirmation

After your on-line registration and the payment are completed, you will receive the confirmation letter from the ICECH 2026 Secretariat including your registration number and other information via e-mail. If you do not receive the letter within a week, please kindly contact the secretariat via the email [icech@hust.edu.vn]
