We would like to invite you to be a part of the ICECH2026 and submit your research papers for presentation. The details are as follows:
The contemporary corporate landscape is increasingly defined by unprecedented volatility and structural shifts, necessitating a profound re-evaluation of established management paradigms. The ICECH2026 international conference seeks to interrogate the complex interplay between organisational resilience and strategic evolution—the emerging patterns of leadership, operational agility, and sustainable growth—within an era increasingly shaped by systemic uncertainty and rapid transformation.
Central to this discourse is the imperative for enterprises to not merely withstand but flourish amidst turbulence. Submissions exploring the mechanisms of organisational metamorphosis, strategies for navigating geopolitical and economic instability, and the role of adaptive leadership in fostering long-term resilience are particularly encouraged. Furthermore, the transformative potential of digital integration and sustainable innovation remains at the heart of these strategic shifts. From the implementation of decentralised autonomous systems to the adoption of circular economy models, new frameworks are redefining how value is synthesised and delivered. This conference invites papers that examine the strategic navigation of these transitions, the inherent challenges of leading through ambiguity, and the ethical considerations of large-scale corporate transformation.
We welcome submissions that delve into the core catalysts of change, exploring how organisations might leverage data-driven insights and human-centric strategies to secure a sustainable competitive advantage. The theme “Navigating Business Uncertainty and Transformation” underscores the critical requirement for firms to balance short-term agility with long-term vision, ensuring robust development in a global economy that remains in constant flux. The ICECH2026 aims to provide a premier forum for academics and practitioners to share multi-disciplinary research, innovative frameworks, and empirical findings regarding the craft and implementation of resilient strategies. While maintaining a global outlook, the ICECH2026 Conference will focus particularly on (but not be limited to) the dynamics within Asia-Pacific nations. We welcome submissions in the following areas: Economics, Business Law, Management, Finance and Banking, Innovation and Technology, Accounting and Auditing.
Authors of accepted papers will be invited to present their work at the conference. In addition, authors of the best papers will also be invited to submit their papers to a special issue or a regular issue for publication consideration in journals affiliated with the conference. These papers will also be subject to an official, rigorous, double-blind peer-review process by the journal. This conference will be organized on the following tracks and topics:
