Professor Liu Zhenya

Professor Liu Zhenya is currently a distinguished professor at EM Normandie Business School in France and at the School of Finance, Renmin University of China in Beijing. He previously held positions at the International Monetary Fund headquarters, JP Morgan Futures, and the University of Birmingham. Professor Liu has conducted extensive research in financial econometrics and hedge funds. He is recognized as a pioneer, innovator, and practitioner in hedge fund research and practice in China. He established one of China’s first MSc programs in quantitative investment at the School of Finance, Renmin University of China, and assisted Winton Capital, the world’s largest futures hedge fund, in launching its first CTA product in China. He has published nearly 100 papers in internationally renowned journals, including the Journal of Econometrics, Econometric Theory, and the Journal of Business and Economic Statistics, as well as over 20 books.

Professor Hussain Rammal

Professor Hussain Rammal is a professor of International Business and Management at Adelaide University, where he also serves as Academic Lead for International and External Engagement in the School of Management. Currently President of the Academy of International Business’s Oceania Chapter, he brings extensive research leadership through roles as Editor of the Review of International Business and Strategy journal, and as Associate Editor of the Journal of Knowledge Management and the Business & Society journal.
Hussain’s research has been published in leading business and management journals and focuses on contemporary business areas, including sustainable global supply chains, service-sector internationalization, knowledge transfer across multinational networks, global talent management, and cross-border business negotiations.

Professor Sudha Mani

Associate Professor Sudha Mani is an Associate Professor of Marketing at Monash Business School, Monash University (Australia) and serves as Co-Editor of Industrial Marketing Management. Her research focuses on the governance of inter-organizational relationships, including franchising, strategic alliances, and buyer–supplier relationships, with a strong emphasis on applying causal inference methods to address managerially relevant business-to-business (B2B) challenges. Her work has been published in leading journals such as the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Strategic Management Journal, and Industrial Marketing Management. She also serves on the Editorial Review Boards of the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science and the Journal of Retailing. Beyond academia, her research has informed franchising policy in Australia, including the establishment of the Franchise Disclosure Register, and she previously served on the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s Small Business and Franchising Consultative Committee. She is the recipient of the 2021 Dean’s Research Impact Award and the Vice-Chancellor’s Award for Diversity and Inclusion (2019 and 2022).
