Registration Fee

The registration fee for the authors will include a welcome reception gathering, attending keynote speeches and all sessions, conference proceedings, certificates of presentation for authors and tea breaks. At least one author of each paper submitted must pay the registration fee before 15th October 2023 in order to be included in the Conference program and Proceedings.

Submission Fee:

US$200 (equivalent 4,600,000VND)

If there are more than one co-authors of one paper would like to participate in the conference, the fee for the 2nd co-author is US$50 (equivalent 1,150,000VND). 

The fee for the 2nd student co-author is US$30 (equivalent 690,000VND).

Noted that: any transactions without the above required details WILL NOT be counted as proper registration for the conference

Registration Confirmation

After your on-line registration and the payment are completed, you will receive the confirmation letter from the ICECH 2023 Secretariat including your registration number and other information via e-mail. If you do not receive the letter within a week, please kindly contact the secretariat via the email [icech@hust.edu.vn]
